Serve as a technical partner to Sales and Success to deliver demos, build PoVs, create reports/dashboards, respond to RFPs, design AI-driven workflow automations and integrations, and support enterprise customers with up to 50% travel and periodic onsite engagement in Chicago or Dallas markets.

Own and drive the architecture and roadmap of ClickUp's data platform. Build scalable, reliable data pipelines and AI/ML infrastructure using AWS serverless, Snowflake, dbt, and Terraform. Lead cross-team technical initiatives, optimize cloud costs, establish engineering standards (observability, testing, CI/CD), mentor senior engineers, and influence org-wide architecture decisions.

Build and ship backend product features powering AI-driven user experiences: design APIs and services, implement agent-driven logic (context retrieval, action execution, conversation management), ensure reliability and observability, collaborate with AI engineers and product teams, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and contribute to architecture and rollout decisions.
