Coordinate monthly client billing for assigned partners: prepare and distribute prebills and draft invoices, process revisions, monitor WIP and transfers, manage e-billing and document filing (iManage), ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, respond to partner/client inquiries, produce billing reports, and escalate issues to billing leadership.

Provide strategic, proactive executive support to Global Practice Head(s)/Senior Partners in a major law firm: manage priorities, calendars, client engagement, billing progression, business development coordination, risk mitigation, and cross-regional stakeholder communication while maintaining confidentiality and high judgment.

As a Legal Technology Advisor, you will bridge law and technology, enhancing legal service delivery through innovative tech, particularly GenAI tools. You'll analyze needs, recommend solutions, support tools, and advise on technology integration while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
