Prepare and review federal, state, and international tax compliance filings, with a strong focus on multistate taxation, nexus, PTET obligations, estimated payments, reconciliations, and tax workpapers. Analyze tax implications of employee relocations and WFH arrangements, support UK U.S. tax reporting, review Forms W-8 and 1065/1042 filings, monitor sales and use tax obligations, coordinate external tax advisors, and research evolving tax regulations.

Leads the Americas tax function, overseeing US tax compliance, partnership and partner tax matters, tax advisory, risk management, governance, filings, audits, controls, and regional tax projects. Advises senior stakeholders on federal, state, local, international, expatriate, payroll, and benefits tax matters. Manages external advisers, coordinates tax reporting across the Americas, develops policies and processes, and leads a tax team.

The Commercial Pricing Manager develops pricing models, alternative fee arrangements, profitability analyses, and negotiation strategies for legal matters. The role advises partners, supports client panel pricing, benchmarks matter pricing, oversees pricing governance, coordinates pricing committees, and delivers commercial awareness training. It collaborates with Finance, Business Development, and global pricing teams while influencing senior stakeholders and maintaining commercially viable margins.
