Support Americas Disputes product BD by implementing BD and marketing plans, identifying revenue opportunities, coordinating pitches, events and thought leadership, tracking ROI, and collaborating with partners, regional teams and global BD stakeholders to drive client development and reputation management.

Coordinate and execute 24-month integration plans for lateral partners globally. Maintain trackers and dashboards, prepare reports, coordinate across BD, HR, Recruitment, Comms, Finance and other teams, support client mapping and meeting coordination, raise partner profiles, capture feedback, and escalate integration risks to senior stakeholders.
