Coordinate monthly client billing for assigned partners: prepare and distribute prebills and draft invoices, process revisions, monitor WIP and transfers, manage e-billing and document filing (iManage), ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, respond to partner/client inquiries, produce billing reports, and escalate issues to billing leadership.

Provide strategic, proactive executive support to Global Practice Head(s)/Senior Partners in a major law firm: manage priorities, calendars, client engagement, billing progression, business development coordination, risk mitigation, and cross-regional stakeholder communication while maintaining confidentiality and high judgment.

As a Legal Technology Advisor, you will bridge law and technology, enhancing legal service delivery through innovative tech, particularly GenAI tools. You'll analyze needs, recommend solutions, support tools, and advise on technology integration while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Provide high-level legal and business research across jurisdictions using primary and secondary sources and advanced platforms. Compile SEC disclosures, legislative/regulatory histories, company intelligence, alerts, and transaction research. Lead development and execution of proactive external PR for the Americas, driving earned media, partner visibility, crisis communications, media relations, messaging and media training, agency management, and measurement to elevate the firm's reputation and support US growth priorities.

Support and coordinate 24-month integration plans for lateral partners globally, maintain trackers and dashboards, facilitate internal introductions and client meetings, prepare integration reports, liaise with HR/Recruitment/Comms/Finance, capture feedback, and escalate integration risks to senior stakeholders to drive early commercial traction and consistent execution.

Advise on project development and finance for energy, infrastructure, natural resources and transport projects. Negotiate project and financing documentation, public‑private partnerships, multi‑source financings, risk allocation and regulatory matters. Act for sponsors, lenders, governments, contractors and investors on greenfield and brownfield projects, including energy‑transition transactions, and coordinate with construction, environmental, tax, regulatory and disputes teams from development through financing and delivery.

Advise borrowers, lenders and arrangers on corporate and investment-grade lending, including syndicated, club and bilateral loans, revolvers, private placements, acquisition and bridge financings, equity take-outs, margin lending, export credit and other trade finance facilities for public and private banking clients.

Associate attorney role advising on leveraged finance, private credit, infrastructure, fund and corporate lending transactions for lenders, borrowers and sponsors. Work includes structuring and executing domestic and cross‑border financings, refinancings, and liability management. Requires New York bar admission and prior law firm experience; submissions must include resume and law school transcripts.

Advise leading private equity, infrastructure, real estate, sovereign wealth and pension fund clients across the full investment lifecycle, including M&A, financings, restructurings, co-investments, syndications, asset management and exits. Collaborate with global antitrust, regulatory, financing, capital markets, incentives, investigations, disputes and funds teams to deliver cross-border private equity solutions.

Support Americas Disputes product BD by implementing BD and marketing plans, identifying revenue opportunities, coordinating pitches, events and thought leadership, tracking ROI, and collaborating with partners, regional teams and global BD stakeholders to drive client development and reputation management.
