Build and scale backend services for the Booking Engine: design and implement PHP features and APIs, model availability/pricing data, improve performance, migrate to microservices/event-driven architecture, ensure reliability at scale, mentor engineers, and drive backend architecture and best practices.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for mid-market hospitality customers, manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and cross-functional coordination to drive adoption and transition to Account Management. Deliver high-touch customer communication, monitor success metrics, and ensure timely, measurable implementations in a SaaS environment.
