Represents the company at industry events and contributes to commercial frameworks, forecasting, segmentation, and coverage models.

Develops and maintains sales playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive content. Leads onboarding and ramp programs for new sales hires, provides ongoing coaching, identifies training gaps, and coordinates content development with instructional designers. Manages sales enablement content structure and adoption in Docebo, using usage data to improve effectiveness. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product in a B2B SaaS environment.

Leads commercial growth execution as the CCO’s operating partner, orchestrating go-to-market programs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Operations. Establishes execution frameworks, operating rhythms, accountability systems, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting. Aligns cross-functional leadership, scales sales motions, identifies capability gaps, removes execution barriers, and drives measurable revenue, customer, and market growth initiatives.
