Responsibilities include reviewing trial and appellate records, conducting rigorous legal research, drafting memoranda, and preparing pretrial, post-trial, appellate, and dispositive motions. The role requires strong legal writing, oral argument, organization, problem-solving, and project-management skills, along with New York Bar admission or eligibility and at least three years of appellate experience.

Manages a 25–30 matter caseload, conducts depositions, hearings, mediations, legal research, discovery, and motion practice.
