Counsel-level litigation attorney to manage a 25–30 matter caseload handling depositions, hearings, motions, discovery, legal research, client reporting, case strategy, and supervising associates and paralegals across complex general liability defenses through trial or mediation.

Represent insurers and insureds in third-party property damage and construction defense litigation. Manage a 20-25 matter caseload, take depositions, attend hearings and mediations, draft pleadings, conduct legal research, handle discovery, prepare trial/mediation strategy, and report to clients.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to litigation attorneys and paralegals, prepare and proofread complex legal documents, manage calendars and court filings (state and federal/e-filing), assist with trials and case organization, handle billing and correspondence, and support travel and expense tasks while maintaining confidentiality and high attention to detail.

Counsel national and international insurers on complex coverage litigation (pollution, toxic tort, asbestos, construction defect, products liability, E&O, excess liability). Develop litigation strategy; conduct legal research; analyze policies and coverage; draft motions, pleadings, and discovery; take and defend depositions; attend hearings/mediations; supervise associates and paralegals.

Manage a 20-25 matter caseload defending third-party property damage and construction claims. Take depositions, attend hearings/mediations, draft pleadings, conduct Westlaw/LexisNexis research, prepare discovery, analyze documents, investigate claims, report to insurer clients, and prepare for trial/mediation.
