Responsibilities include prospecting, managing renewals, meeting quotas, driving adoption, identifying expansion and churn risks, forecasting revenue, maintaining CRM records, and partnering with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

The Associate API Sales Engineer grows existing API accounts and sources new business. Responsibilities include quota-carrying expansion sales, technical discovery, proofs of concept, Python/SQL/Excel analyses, API demonstrations, OMS and EMS integrations, onboarding, go-live support, client technical assistance, account health monitoring, CRM reporting, and translating customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.

Manage and grow a portfolio of sell-side capital markets clients, meeting retention, renewal, expansion, and new business quotas. Drive platform adoption, identify churn and growth opportunities, prospect for new business, forecast renewals, maintain CRM records, and build client relationships. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams while providing product feedback and supporting customer value initiatives.

Manage and grow a portfolio of sell-side clients while meeting renewal and new-business quotas. Responsibilities include prospecting, client engagement, platform adoption, expansion, churn prevention, renewal forecasting, CRM documentation, and collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. The role requires developing expertise in equity capital markets and building relationships with investment banking and investment management stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts as primary contact to drive adoption, retention, onboarding, and expansion. Build account plans, surface product feedback, resolve client issues, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve customer outcomes and platform value.

Lead frontend engineering for the DataLab product, developing scalable React and TypeScript interfaces for enterprise financial applications. Guide frontend architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, developer experience, and testing practices. Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers, mentor teammates, make technical decisions, and promote AI-assisted coding tools while maintaining high standards for security, quality, and maintainability.
