Manage and grow a portfolio of sell-side capital markets clients, meeting retention, renewal, expansion, and new business quotas. Drive platform adoption, identify churn and growth opportunities, prospect for new business, forecast renewals, maintain CRM records, and build client relationships. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams while providing product feedback and supporting customer value initiatives.

The role requires developing expertise in equity capital markets and building relationships with investment banking and investment management stakeholders.

Sell and retain CMG's ECM platform to buy-side clients by managing a territory and portfolio, driving adoption, identifying expansion and churn risks, forecasting renewals, collaborating with Customer Success and Product, and meeting new business and renewal quotas.
