Manage end-to-end delivery of multi-brand retail store design projects, coordinating design teams, brand stakeholders, vendors, retailers, and senior leadership. Lead technical design development through execution, producing AutoCAD technical sets, fixture drawings, electrical plans, and tiling layouts. Review millwork shop drawings, preserve creative intent, track timelines and quality, prepare executive updates, optimize workflows, and develop vendor relationships.

Coordinate store design projects across US luxury brands: maintain centralized project and budget trackers, manage CERs/POs and vendor invoices, produce leadership presentations, support vendor onboarding and contracts, and provide ad-hoc design support including floorplans and 3D renderings.

The AI Artist will create high-quality AI-generated imagery and video for commercial projects while collaborating with creative teams and developing AI production workflows.
