Design scalable solutions, evaluate cloud technologies, guide engineering implementation, facilitate client discovery, and establish technical standards. Partner with stakeholders on governance, security, privacy, and compliance while contributing to presales, RFPs, executive briefings, and enterprise roadmaps. Mentor engineers and drive technical consensus across complex client environments.

Leads complex data engineering workstreams and mentors engineers while designing scalable pipelines and cloud data infrastructure. Integrates marketing data from GA4, advertising platforms, CRMs, and CDPs into reliable datasets. Collaborates with machine learning teams on model training and serving, establishes engineering and data quality standards, and applies AI-enabled development workflows. Partners with stakeholders to deliver product-minded data solutions and drives process improvements, documentation, monitoring, and knowledge sharing.

Leads the vision, architecture, roadmap, and delivery of the agency’s data platform and engineering organization. Designs scalable data systems, selects cloud tooling, establishes engineering standards, and activates data for analytics, predictive models, and generative AI. Partners with leadership, clients, and machine learning teams; manages budgets and priorities; leads governance, privacy, and security practices; and hires, mentors, and develops engineering talent.
