Supports the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer by managing complex calendars, executive meetings, communications, travel arrangements, expenses, and follow-ups. Coordinates leadership meetings, offsites, customer engagements, and company events while handling confidential information with discretion. Partners across Sales, Marketing, and other teams, anticipates executive needs, resolves competing priorities, and improves administrative workflows and operational efficiency.

Owns the end-to-end onboarding and ramp curriculum for sales and customer-facing technical teams. Responsibilities include creating 30/60/90-day plans, certification frameworks, onboarding content, cohort logistics, and ramp metrics. The role partners with sales, technical enablement, product, marketing, and functional leaders to keep programs current, scalable, and aligned with business needs. It also gathers feedback, tracks time-to-productivity, and serves as the primary contact for new hires during ramp.

Lead and grow an engineering team building agentic development systems. Set technical direction, contribute to architecture and implementation, and improve agent execution, tool use, context management, streaming, reliability, performance, and operability. Partner with Product and Design to create developer experiences while extending provider-agnostic model integrations. Coach engineers, clarify priorities, and maintain a high technical and execution standard.
