Own the Central region’s revenue operating system, including regional planning, account segmentation, pipeline plays, sales cadence, signal workflows, automation, and field programs. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and technical teams to convert account intelligence, intent, competitive activity, events, and product signals into measurable pipeline. Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, run growth experiments, and use AI and analytics to improve execution.

Build and execute Cogent’s Eastern US channel strategy, recruit and activate cybersecurity partners, develop joint account plans, generate partner-sourced pipeline, enable sellers, support enterprise security deals, and manage bookings, productivity, and program ROI.

Owns a portfolio of major enterprise accounts across Atlanta and the Southeast, driving new-logo acquisition, expansion, forecasting, and long-term growth. Builds executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security teams, procurement, and partners; leads complex technical evaluations, ROI cases, negotiations, and multi-year enterprise agreements. Requires deep cybersecurity sales expertise, established senior security relationships, strong quota performance, and willingness to travel.
