Serve as the primary Workday HCM technical owner: administer configuration and security, manage integrations and releases, build reports, perform data audits and EIB loads, troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues, partner with HR/Payroll/Finance/IT, and drive continuous system improvements and change management.

Lead end-to-end billing and revenue operations for a multi-office public accounting firm. Design and run a centralized onshore/offshore billing model, oversee billing accuracy and unbilled WIP, manage offshore delivery, partner with firm leaders on billing strategy, drive reporting/analytics, own systems and automation, and build high-performing teams with strong controls and compliance.

Provide tax compliance and advisory for hedge fund and private fund clients, prepare and review partnership tax returns, analyze complex fund structures and securities transactions, research tax technical issues, communicate with clients, mentor junior staff, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
