Own and grow a defined strategic territory, driving new logo acquisition and account expansion by managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles. Engage C‑level buyers, build business cases for Cohesity's AI‑powered data security platform, coordinate with sales engineers and partners, maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, and close high‑value deals to meet annual quota.

Provide strategic legal counsel on software product and SaaS development, lifecycle, compliance, and product releases. Advise product, engineering, and business teams, lead cross-functional initiatives, draft product terms, and support licensing and sales models.

The Vice President, Global MSP will lead Cohesity's global Managed Service Provider (MSP) strategy, operationalizing growth, overseeing P&L, and driving partnerships, demand generation, and service launches, while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
