Manage a portfolio of boutique condominium developments across New York City, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating developers, sales teams, agencies, designers, and internal resources. Lead project meetings, strategy, pricing, marketing, launches, sales reporting, and predevelopment decisions. Analyze market data and buyer behavior, develop recommendations, oversee marketing materials and campaigns, support sales teams, and contribute to new-business pitches.

Manages corporate US immigration caseloads covering nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, green cards, government filings, audits, and stakeholder guidance. Coordinates with external immigration counsel, HR, business partners, and global mobility teams; tracks milestones, escalates risks, supports immigration projects, updates policies and communications, validates data, and provides reporting. The role is fully on-site in Dallas or New York and may require overtime during peak immigration cycles.

Manages corporate U.S. immigration caseloads covering nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, green cards, government filings, and immigration milestones. Partners with external counsel, HR teams, business stakeholders, and Global Mobility colleagues; advises on immigration processes and policy compliance; validates filing data; tracks cases; supports H-1B lottery and other projects; updates documentation and reports; and addresses immigration issues for employees, interns, and new hires.
