Supports seasonal design development for women's handbags and small leather goods. Creates hand and digital sketches, CAD presentations, color CADs, material specifications, and factory-ready technical packages. Participates in sample reviews, documents revisions, and collaborates with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development teams. Requires knowledge of handbag construction, sewing, leather, textiles, hardware, market trends, and pricing, along with a professional accessories design portfolio.

Leads creative strategy and end-to-end product creation for dual-gender sneakers and sport performance footwear. Defines category design language, directs franchises, prototypes, testing, commercialization, and performance innovation. Partners cross-functionally across product, engineering, sourcing, marketing, and supply chain while managing marketplace impact, sustainability, and cost. Builds and develops a multidisciplinary footwear design team, establishes creative standards, and connects brand vision with consumer needs and commercial objectives.

Lead the design and execution of women’s fashion and hybrid sneakers from concept through final production. Develop seasonal silhouettes, uppers, tooling, materials, colors, and finishes across multiple price tiers while balancing style, comfort, performance, brand DNA, and commercial goals. Collaborate with design, product management, development, innovation, merchandising, and global manufacturing teams; review prototypes, present concepts, and provide feedback to ensure successful final products.
