Manages men’s footwear commercialization from seasonal handoff through confirmation reviews. Coordinates with factories, Asia development teams, design, and cross-functional partners; tracks samples, specifications, approvals, milestones, and PLM records. Develops carryover SKUs and new uppers, reviews costing breakdowns, recommends material or engineering alternatives, supports product confirmation meetings, and conducts market, competitive, and trend research.

Lead design of women's and hybrid sneakers from concept through final execution, creating seasonally relevant silhouettes across price tiers. Partner with product, development, and innovation teams to integrate comfort and performance technologies, review prototypes, present seasonal strategies, and ensure commercial and brand alignment while maintaining awareness of trends and competitive landscape.

Lead Cole Haan's U.S. digital commerce experience and a cross-functional team to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue. Own digital merchandising, content, SEO, UX, personalization, and commerce platform design; partner with analytics, merchandising, product, and technology to optimize customer journeys, promotions, and omnichannel experiences. Present results to leadership and develop a high-performing team.
