Lead employer partnership strategy for AP Career Kickstart by sourcing and managing employer partners, growing pipelines, co-creating work-based learning and course inputs, advising internal teams, and translating employer insights into program recommendations. Manage stakeholder relationships, track activity in Salesforce and Asana, and travel ~12-15 times yearly to support retention and expansion of employer engagement.

Design, build, and maintain scalable serverless and container-based web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS. Implement infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, optimize performance, create automated tests with Playwright, follow CI/CD and DevOps practices, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality internal content-creation tools.

Lead content strategy for one or more areas of a digital assessment platform: define standards, craft user-centered product copy, drive information architecture, redesign editorial workflows, manage CMS content, and build shared content operations and governance. Translate research and analytics into iterative content improvements, partner cross-functionally, and help the team adopt AI tools. Role includes occasional after-hours support and travel for test administration windows.
