The Assistant Director of Workplace Experience manages day-to-day operations in NYC, ensuring an exceptional workplace environment, coordinating events, managing vendors, and overseeing the budget.

Lead design and implementation of structured content models, metadata, and authoring frameworks for the Authentic Work Platform. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to enable reusable content, decoupled rendering, and consistent print/digital experiences. Provide technical leadership on content APIs, prototype solutions, and integrate content across workflows. Drive long-term content architecture, migrations, governance, and tooling to improve editorial efficiency and scalable delivery.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for programs at College Board, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment on marketing initiatives and business outcomes.
