Lead development and governance of complex, multi-market real estate financial models and analytics. Provide actionable insights for occupier and leasing decisions, perform cash vs. GAAP analyses, NPV/IRR and occupancy cost evaluations, collaborate with brokers and account teams, mentor financial staff, and support technology implementations to advance analytical capabilities and reporting.
