Originate 1-4 family residential CRA-eligible mortgages in Brooklyn and Staten Island, increase loan volume for low/moderate-income communities, conduct homebuyer education, build community and realtor relationships, cross-sell bank products, monitor CRA issues, and maintain regulatory and market knowledge.

Conduct detailed commercial credit investigations and financial statement analyses, prepare credit memos for lending decisions, support loan officers in structuring transactions, perform annual file reviews, and supervise/train credit analysts.
