Supervises branch teller operations, including scheduling, training, performance support, daily reconciliation, vault and negotiable-item security, transaction approvals, returns, collections, overdrafts, account adjustments, and business transactions. Performs Universal Banker teller duties and supports new accounts and branch goals. Requires strong banking knowledge, judgment, communication, organization, Microsoft Office skills, customer-service ability, and supervisory experience.

Supervises teller operations, schedules and coaches teller staff, oversees balancing and transaction processing, maintains vault and negotiable-item security, resolves account and teller issues, and supports branch goals. Performs universal banker duties, assists with new accounts, handles business transactions and overdrafts, and ensures accurate daily consolidations and regulatory procedures.

Develops and manages commercial lending relationships, sources new business, underwrites complex C&I, CRE, and construction loans, approves or recommends credit decisions, and maintains portfolio quality. Monitors delinquencies and problem loans, negotiates repayment or collection strategies, analyzes economic trends, forecasts loan balances, and supports reporting. Provides guidance to less experienced lenders while maintaining relationships with key customers and community stakeholders.
