Designs, customizes, and releases software applications while collaborating with stakeholders and Quality Assurance. Evaluates performance metrics to improve reliability and user experience, manages technical documentation, mentors junior engineers, and participates in peer programming, design sprints, and prototyping. Requires independent judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and availability for variable schedules including nights and weekends.

Develop and integrate scalable backend software for real-time bidding and digital advertising systems. Build RESTful APIs with Python, Django, and PHP; manage Kubernetes/EKS and AWS production deployments; participate across the SDLC, including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and integration. Collaborate cross-functionally, troubleshoot complex issues, support system reliability, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices. The role is onsite in New York four days per week and may require nights or weekends.

Lead rep-facing commercial marketing for Strata, developing positioning, messaging, sales tools, competitive materials, sales plays, trainings, and campaign toolkits. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and broader Marketing to support agency-focused pipeline generation, product launches, deal conversion, and consistent communication. Translate complex media-planning, cross-screen workflow, reporting, and advertising concepts into practical narratives and enablement resources for local, regional, and political agency accounts.
