Teams at Comet

Own a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Provide technical enablement, troubleshoot Python SDK integrations, advise on AI/ML, LLM, MLOps, and agentic AI use cases, and help customers realize value from Comet. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering to manage account health, resolve challenges, identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and provide customer feedback for product improvements.

Deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots Comet across Kubernetes and cloud environments for customers. Leads infrastructure deployments, resolves complex issues involving networking, databases, and application configuration, and improves Helm charts, Terraform, automation, tooling, and documentation. The role requires strong customer-facing communication, production troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure expertise, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, support, and customer success teams.
