Lead CommonLit's day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, general ledger management, revenue recognition, treasury, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, reporting, procurement, and financial systems. Manage two direct reports, ensure GAAP compliance, support budgeting and grants reporting, and partner with the VP of Finance on cash forecasting, banking, systems implementations, and strategic financial matters.
