Teams at Community Economic Development Fund (CEDF)

Provide high-level customer service to prospective and current students on financial aid processes. Gather applicant information, present initial aid packages, perform clerical/data entry tasks, and adhere to department policies. Position requires some evening and Saturday hours and reports to the Director of Financial Aid.

Provide level 1 and 2 IT support for hardware and software issues to administration, faculty, and students. Install and configure equipment, track requests, and educate users.

The Academic Advisor supports students by providing academic guidance, monitoring progress, and connecting them to resources to ensure their success.
