Provide HIV, HCV, and STI counseling and testing, conduct outreach and recruitment for testing services, deliver risk-reduction education, link clients to medical and social services, perform follow-up and data entry, and attend team meetings and trainings. Provide certified health insurance and SNAP enrollment/navigation to uninsured and low-income Staten Island residents; conduct outreach, intake screening, documentation, data entry, reporting, and trainings; work from multiple borough sites and respond to on-site crises as needed.

The Senior Peer Mentor guides individuals with criminal justice involvement and substance use towards recovery, offering support and resources, and conducting outreach activities.

The Senior Peer Mentor supports individuals involved in the criminal justice system by providing outreach, guidance, and navigation assistance for care and treatment related to substance use and mental health issues, serving as a role model to demonstrate that recovery is possible.

Lead and supervise a Ryan White Support Services program delivering non-medical case management and SDOH supports for people living with HIV. Oversee intake, eligibility, assessments, staff assignments, training, QA, data tracking, reporting, and collaboration with medical teams to meet program objectives and client needs.

Provide peer-based outreach, engagement, accompaniment, and support to justice-involved individuals with substance use or mental health needs. Co-facilitate groups, assist case managers with screening and referrals, conduct follow-up and outreach, support court coverage, complete documentation, and participate in trainings and supervision to promote recovery and reduce recidivism.

Manage high-risk caseloads of domestic and gender-based violence survivors, provide trauma-informed assessments, safety planning, referrals, accompaniment to appointments, follow-up, documentation, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure successful linkage to services.

Lead enterprise budgeting, grant financial administration, forecasting, procurement, cost allocation, compliance, audit readiness, and executive reporting. Partner with executive leadership to modernize financial systems, strengthen controls, optimize grant reimbursement, and support strategic financial planning across 50+ grants.
