Teams at Community Health Action of Staten Island

Maintains data integrity across agency and funder systems, administers the AWARDS electronic health record, manages user access and database updates, trains staff, prepares recurring reports, tracks service and follow-up data, supports data entry, and supervises a Data & Quality Specialist. The role also serves as a resource for embedded data staff and helps identify process improvements across departments.
