The Senior Peer Mentor supports individuals involved in the criminal justice system by providing outreach, guidance, and navigation assistance for care and treatment related to substance use and mental health issues, serving as a role model to demonstrate that recovery is possible.

The Client Services Coordinator oversees client enrollment, assessments, service delivery, and team management for the HIV Care Coordination program.
