Supports oversight, accreditation, compliance, quality improvement, and operational excellence for Graduate Medical Education programs. Collaborates with corporate and facility leadership, guides new and existing ACGME program accreditation, monitors compliance, develops processes, trains GME staff, and implements initiatives that improve program quality and efficiency.

Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, ensure authorizations/referrals and medical necessity per payor guidelines, estimate patient financial responsibility, document records, communicate with patients and medical staff, process orders, and support financial clearance for outpatient and inpatient services.

Create, maintain, and publish clinician schedules for assigned hospitals; fill open shifts; track clinician hours and credentials; coordinate with payroll, credentialing, recruiting, and leadership; produce staffing and performance reports; support orientations and emergency scheduling; ensure compliance with policies and budget constraints.
