Develops employer networks and job leads, assesses participant readiness, provides job-search and readiness training, supports employment placement and retention, conducts applicant screening, administers tax credits, coordinates referrals, and documents participant and employer activity.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Program Director and staff. Manages office supplies, inventory, vendors, equipment maintenance, scheduling, records, invoices, purchase orders, petty cash, and Yardi work orders. Reports census data, supports hiring and onboarding activities, and provides customer service to facility residents. Maintains organized records and helps ensure smooth daily office operations.
