Teams at Community Housing Innovations, Inc.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Program Director and staff. Manages office supplies, inventory, vendors, equipment maintenance, scheduling, records, invoices, purchase orders, petty cash, and Yardi work orders. Reports census data, supports hiring and onboarding activities, and provides customer service to facility residents. Maintains organized records and helps ensure smooth daily office operations.

Develop and update service and care plans for residents in supportive housing. Coordinate counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy, referrals, public benefits, immigration services, employment resources, and discharge planning. Monitor resident progress, conduct room inspections, support health and safety, maintain referral networks, and document interactions in CARES and AWARDS. Collaborate with social workers, treatment teams, community providers, and government agencies.

Administers an 81-unit affordable supportive housing program, overseeing tenant services, case management, property management, compliance, reporting, budgets, contracts, maintenance, and staff supervision. Develops tenant support programs, maintains community partnerships, ensures regulatory and contractual compliance, monitors rent collection and facility conditions, and manages program performance. Serves on the leadership team and remains available on call 24/7.
