Own sales strategy and operations for Commure’s AI voice agent business. Responsibilities include territory and quota planning, forecasting, pipeline and rep performance analysis, sales enablement, training, compensation support, CRM governance, dashboard development, and cross-functional coordination with Product and Sales. The role diagnoses sales execution gaps, improves team performance, maintains scalable systems, and translates company goals into field-level plans.

The Senior Software Engineer will build AI solutions for clinical workflows, collaborating with teams to enhance software architecture and mentor other engineers.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Commure’s healthcare AI platform, from pipeline generation and consultative selling through contract negotiation and closure. Build executive relationships within large healthcare systems, achieve revenue targets, close $1M+ deals, and expand existing accounts. Manage forecasts and opportunities in Salesforce, develop strategic sales plans, identify buying influences, and deliver tailored solutions that drive client outcomes.
