Run the Founder Residency, coordinate admissions and onboarding, organize high-value events, maintain the talent pipeline, and serve as a key contact for resident founders. Build lightweight AI-powered trackers and outreach workflows, while owning the firm's social media and content presence through writing, photography, video, and editing. Collaborate closely with investment, talent, founders, and external partners in an in-person role.

Serve as the first engineer and technical leader, building Leland Care’s healthcare platform from scratch. Own architecture, data systems, ingestion pipelines, AI intelligence capabilities, agentic coordination systems, and compliance infrastructure. Make high-leverage technical decisions, ship rapidly, and manage outcomes end-to-end in an ambiguous 0-to-1 environment.

The Founding Head of Operations will serve as the company’s operating backbone, managing special projects, hiring support, fundraising and board preparation, healthcare compliance, billing infrastructure, revenue cycle operations, analytics, and reporting. The role requires hands-on ownership of Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial billing, credentialing, claims, denials, documentation, and audit readiness while building scalable processes for a regulated healthcare startup.
