Manage compliance and administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract/listing to close. Track deadlines, prepare documents, validate commission and compliance records, respond to agent inquiries about payouts, and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and title companies to ensure smooth closings. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and submit deals for payout.

Design, build, and operate Developer Intelligence platform components that collect and correlate engineering telemetry, integrate AI/LLM tooling into SDLC workflows, improve observability, automate developer workflows, and mentor peers while resolving architectural and operational bottlenecks.
