Lead a team delivering learning solutions, documentation governance, and operational readiness for fundraising and support functions. Develop readiness strategies, training, knowledge management, sustainment plans, and metrics. Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, continuous improvement, and standard work. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and team development to ensure successful implementation and lasting performance improvements.
