Manage finance-related projects for the CFO, including budget rollouts, software implementations, audit preparation, and cost-control initiatives. The role also provides confidential executive support through calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence screening, and special projects.

Provides case management, counseling support, outreach, referrals, and follow-up for Latina adolescents and their families in a non-clinical suicide prevention program. Coordinates programming, events, community partnerships, vocational exploration, and family activities while documenting services and participating in team meetings. Requires a bachelor’s degree, adolescent and family services experience, Spanish fluency, cultural competency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
