Supervise and quality-assure case management and clinical services for a Bronx residential program. Assign and train case managers, perform chart audits, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee benefits assistance, prepare reports, and act as manager in the Program Director's absence.

Provide peer-based emotional support, crisis intervention, and practical assistance to residents with homelessness, substance use, or mental illness. Promote recovery, housing stability, daily living skills, group socialization, coordination with case management, and document interactions.

Lead institutional fundraising and development operations: identify and pursue government, foundation, corporate, and individual funding; manage grant writing, stewardship, donor engagement, and development staff; build fundraising strategy, reporting, and systems to support organizational growth and compliance.
