The role also reinforces DevSecOps standards and supports vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, container security, and compliance across classified and unclassified federal environments.

Lead national security growth for DLA by developing capture strategy, managing full-lifecycle opportunity capture, positioning offerings (data analytics, AI/ML, cloud), building senior DLA relationships, partnering with primes and small businesses, and mentoring BD teams to win multi-million-dollar federal contracts.

Lead technical solution development for federal capture, proposals, and delivery. Architect cloud, distributed, and DevSecOps solutions; produce white papers, proposals, and presentations; support business development, capture strategy, program reviews, and customer engagements to secure ATOs and modernize operations.
