Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through technical evaluation, pilots, procurement, and close. Build sales processes, playbooks, and tooling while partnering with deployment and product teams. Develop ABAP integrations and AI agents for complex SAP environments. Build software across the frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI stack; design specialized LLM harnesses; support enterprise customers; identify SAP implementation edge cases; and influence product direction. The role requires strong ABAP and SAP expertise, experience with large implementations and migrations, and pragmatic production engineering skills.

Develop Conduct’s communications strategy and tell its story across web, social, content, events, videos, and keynotes. Translate technical AI and enterprise technology concepts into compelling messaging, support founders and internal communications, build online and in-person communities, strengthen employer brand, and run integrated campaigns with sales, product, partnerships, recruiting, agencies, and vendors.
