Teams at Conduct (conduct.ai)

As the founding marketing hire, you will build Conduct's brand from the ground up, engaging enterprise buyers and showcasing the company through various channels. Expected tasks include creating impactful content, negotiating promotional opportunities, and executing marketing campaigns to establish the company as a leading tech brand.

Lead end-to-end product design for an AI-native enterprise platform: conduct in-context user research, map workflows, translate insights into interaction patterns, prototype, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship impactful solutions.

Own technical deployments at strategic enterprise accounts: embed with customers, run hands-on implementation, onboard users, surface expansion signals, drive renewals and integrations, and feed product insights back to engineering to shape the roadmap.
