Teams at Conduct (conduct.ai)

As the founding marketing hire, you will build Conduct's brand from the ground up, engaging enterprise buyers and showcasing the company through various channels. Expected tasks include creating impactful content, negotiating promotional opportunities, and executing marketing campaigns to establish the company as a leading tech brand.

Own end-to-end enterprise customer relationships: run full sales cycles from first meeting through pilots, procurement, and close; build pipeline and create sales playbooks; drive post-sale adoption and expansion alongside deployment teams to convert deals into multi-year partnerships.

Own technical deployments at strategic enterprise accounts: embed with customers, run hands-on implementation, onboard users, surface expansion signals, drive renewals and integrations, and feed product insights back to engineering to shape the roadmap.
