Designs end-to-end Finance and Accounting outsourcing solutions for prospective clients across Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. Leads solution design, benchmarking, staffing and cost modeling, RFP responses, client workshops, executive presentations, transition planning, and transformation initiatives. Partners with sales, pricing, operations, technology, and implementation teams to create scalable operating models, governance frameworks, service commitments, and commercially viable proposals.
