Own end-to-end billing across DME, Telehealth, and Data: manage EDI payor enrollment and claims, post remittances, monitor A/R aging, resolve denials, build denial/appeals workflows, liaise with outsourced billing vendors, and create systems and SOPs to improve cash flow and reduce denials.

Lead state expansions, payer implementations, and cross-functional launches from planning through go-live. Build launch plans, timelines, trackers, and playbooks; coordinate Clinical Operations, Support, Payor Development, Product, and other stakeholders; manage dependencies, risks, and commitments; report launch KPIs; and improve repeatability across operations and expansion initiatives.

The Account Executive will manage full-cycle sales, build an outbound pipeline, conduct demos, and activate partnerships in healthcare, focusing on clinical and operational stakeholders.
