Lead global entity management and corporate governance activities across domestic and international subsidiaries. Responsibilities include entity formations, registrations, statutory filings, governance documents, board support, powers of attorney, apostillization, M&A due diligence, licensing, compliance reporting, and coordination with internal teams, outside counsel, registered agents, and regulatory agencies. The role also improves entity-management processes, maintains procedures and data quality, and supports development of the company’s legal and compliance function.

Supports commercial contracting by drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating agreements; identifies contractual risks and coordinates with business teams. Manages subpoena and records-request responses, legal holds, e-discovery preservation and collection, and related documentation. Supports claims, litigation, fleet and real estate asset tracking, and potentially employment-based immigration matters. The role requires strong judgment, communication, organization, confidentiality, and independent management of competing deadlines.

Design and lead delivery of Oracle Primavera Unifier PMIS solutions: gather client requirements, create strategy and design documents, manage development and integrations, perform QA and UAT, demo solutions, and support sales and program governance.
