Lead program controls and execution oversight for large-scale infrastructure developments. Manage schedule, cost, forecasting, risk, change control, and critical deliverables. Advise and present to C‑suite, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, and improve governance and execution discipline for a major development program.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, paginated and SSRS reports. Build DAX, Power Query transformations, ETL processes (SSIS/Azure Data Factory), and semantic/tabular models. Engage stakeholders, perform testing/UAT, document solutions, tune performance, and support multiple client engagements in a consulting environment.

Lead global entity management and corporate governance for U.S. and international entities, ensure compliance and good standing, maintain organizational data, prepare board/shareholder documents, support M&A and restructuring diligence, coordinate with tax/finance/outside counsel, improve entity-management processes and technology, and serve as primary contact for registered agents and regulators.
