Leads cost control across complex construction and capital project portfolios. Develops budgets, estimates, forecasts, cash flow projections, cost reports, dashboards, and earned value analyses. Identifies variances and financial risks, evaluates change orders, supports claims analysis, and establishes project controls standards. Partners with project, finance, procurement, and executive teams while mentoring cost control and project controls professionals.

Lead program controls and execution oversight for large-scale infrastructure developments. Manage schedule, cost, forecasting, risk, change control, and critical deliverables. Advise and present to C‑suite, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, and improve governance and execution discipline for a major development program.

Lead global entity management and corporate governance activities across domestic and international subsidiaries. Responsibilities include entity formations, registrations, statutory filings, governance documents, board support, powers of attorney, apostillization, M&A due diligence, licensing, compliance reporting, and coordination with internal teams, outside counsel, registered agents, and regulatory agencies. The role also improves entity-management processes, maintains procedures and data quality, and supports development of the company’s legal and compliance function.
