Leadership role covering maternity leave to grow and manage a global dispute intelligence practice. Responsibilities include business development with law firms and funders, overseeing multi-jurisdictional dispute and asset-tracing investigations, ensuring excellence in OSINT and source enquiries, driving innovation and technology use, managing and mentoring high-performing teams, and ensuring legal, compliance and ethical standards are met.

Lead and grow the disputes support practice across the USA and Americas by acquiring and managing client relationships, driving business development, shaping dispute strategy, overseeing delivery of complex investigations and forensic projects, collaborating with global teams, and improving commercial and operational performance.

Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts across endpoints, network, cloud, and identity. Execute incident response playbooks for analysis, containment, remediation, and reporting. Perform threat hunting, leverage threat intelligence, tune detections with Security Engineering, and support 24/7 on-call rotations and escalation processes. Contribute to playbook and detection improvements.
