Own Conveo’s contract lifecycle operations, including drafting, redlining, negotiating, templating, and tracking SaaS agreements. Support data privacy, corporate legal matters, risk management, and external counsel coordination. Build AI-powered legal workflows, playbooks, and self-service processes that accelerate enterprise deal execution and reduce legal bottlenecks. Partner closely with sales and internal teams to provide pragmatic, actionable legal guidance.

Own Conveo’s visual identity across brand, marketing, sales, events, video, and product surfaces. Lead a funded rebrand, maintain the marketing design system, direct freelancers and agencies, create hands-on visual work, and encode design principles into templates, prompts, and AI agent workflows. Build scalable self-serve systems, guide critiques, develop performance-focused landing pages and creative, and measure design’s impact on growth and brand consistency.

Own Conveo’s end-to-end video content engine, including narrative strategy, hero films, podcasts, event content, production, editing, repurposing, and brand standards. Direct shoots, manage budgets and external creative talent, build repeatable formats and workflows, and guide founders and experts on camera. The role combines hands-on storytelling with systems building to establish Conveo as a recognizable media brand and scale video output across channels.
