Leads the launch and profitable growth of Convex’s U.S. Deadly Weapons insurance product. Responsibilities include underwriting strategy, pricing, capacity management, portfolio oversight, vendor ecosystem development, broker and distribution relationships, team leadership, product marketing, and P&L accountability. The role collaborates with UK and external capacity providers while building a U.S. underwriting team and managing crisis-management partnerships.
