Commission Domino, Nilpeter, and Precision equipment; manage production planning, quality, maintenance, safety, inventory, and operating KPIs; and build a skilled print team. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, process standardization, cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement across high-volume, short-run packaging print operations.

Leads CookUnity Business's B2B growth marketing function and go-to-market strategy across healthcare and corporate markets. Owns demand generation, pipeline and revenue targets, budget, analytics, channel programs, messaging, website optimization, and sales alignment. Builds and develops the marketing team, oversees multi-channel campaigns, uses performance data to optimize investment, and partners cross-functionally to drive qualified demand, conversion, expansion, and retention.
