Manages the US patent filing specialist team supporting patent prosecution and counseling practitioners. Oversees caseloads, staffing, performance, quality control, billing, client service, compliance, training, and workflow improvement. Develops metrics and business plans, coordinates client service initiatives, ensures adherence to USPTO procedures and 37 C.F.R., and supports automation and technology implementation. Requires at least five years of IP experience, project management skills, and the ability to lead teams in a professional services environment.

Provides paralegal support for emerging company and venture fund formations, including organizational documents, partnership and LLC agreements, side letters, investor suitability due diligence, securities regulation research, regulatory filings, fund formation opinions, and SEC compliance reporting. Manages multiple assignments, administrative duties, billing requirements, deadlines, and client communications while supporting attorneys and senior paralegals.

Supports associate staffing, work allocation, utilization tracking, performance reviews, onboarding, coaching, professional development, licensing compliance, diversity initiatives, and wellness programs within the Capital Markets practice. Partners with practice leaders, Legal Talent, HR, and other internal teams to manage associate development, identify staffing and hiring needs, facilitate feedback, and implement training and integration initiatives.
