Oversees market-based programming, vendor and agency relationships, governance, ROI measurement, analytics, post-event conversion, and cross-selling initiatives. Manages teams, mentors direct reports, develops scalable processes and tools, and partners with business development and firm leadership to strengthen client engagement, brand visibility, and business opportunities.

Analyzes and improves technology operations, IT service management, governance, intake, portfolio monitoring, and business processes. The role researches and synthesizes information for leadership, validates processes against ITIL standards, develops dashboards and reporting, supports vendor and contract activities, maintains documentation, and drives adoption of technology tools and processes. It also facilitates collaboration between business and technology stakeholders and promotes continuous operational improvement.

Manages daily Business Intake and Conflicts operations, including workflow, staffing, intake and conflicts processing, compliance requests, escalations, reporting, and service quality. Supervises, mentors, and develops team members; supports hiring, performance management, training, and employee lifecycle activities. Collaborates with attorneys, paralegals, business professionals, HR, and BIC leadership to resolve issues, implement procedures, and achieve service goals while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
