Design, implement, and optimize statewide PeopleSoft Financials (9.2) solutions. Lead architecture, integrations, module configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), performance tuning, stakeholder collaboration, mentorship, and technical project leadership to meet state requirements.

Administer and support PeopleSoft environments including installation, configuration, upgrades/patching, performance tuning, integrations (Integration Broker, IAM/MFA), ElasticSearch implementation, environment builds, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination to maintain high-availability HRMS systems.

Lead and manage UAT for PeopleSoft ERP implementations: create UAT strategies and test plans, coordinate test data, execute manual test cases across Financials/HCM modules, track defects in JIRA/HP ALM, validate workflows and notifications, train end-users, and report UAT status to project leadership.

Provide technical support for PeopleSoft HCM data conversion and migration: data mapping, mock conversions, cleansing, integrity verification, archival, testing (unit/integration/regression/UAT), PeopleTools development, SQL/Oracle reporting, production cutover, and PeopleSoft application research and design.

Lead Workday reporting strategy for higher education: design Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboard reports; implement row-level security and role-based access; partner with HR/Finance/Payroll/Institutional Research; support regulatory and executive reporting; manage testing, validation, and user training while ensuring governance and data standards.

Implement and configure Workday Quote-to-Cash processes including quoting, contracts, billing, revenue recognition, integrations with Financials and PSA, testing, and post-implementation support.

Lead Workday data migration: design conversion strategy, analyze and cleanse legacy data, execute loads via EIBs and conversion tools, validate data, and collaborate with functional teams to resolve discrepancies.

Design, build, and maintain Keboola-based data pipelines integrating multiple business systems to deliver accurate, scalable data for supply chain, logistics, and transportation analytics; collaborate with analysts and engineers; support documentation, governance, and pipeline automation.

Lead and support Workday Financials implementations (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Accounting Center). Configure finance structures, processes, and security; support integrations, testing, training, and post-go-live optimization; analyze workflows and recommend best practices.

Design, configure, and optimize Azure DevOps organizations and CI/CD pipelines.
