Design, implement, and optimize statewide PeopleSoft Financials (9.2) solutions. Lead architecture, integrations, module configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), performance tuning, stakeholder collaboration, mentorship, and technical project leadership to meet state requirements.

Implement, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM (v9.2) for state government: gather requirements, configure modules, develop PeopleTools components, design integrations and data conversions, test and troubleshoot, train end users, and support project management and risk mitigation.

Provide functional support and configuration for PeopleSoft 9.2 ELM, elicit and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, test planning and QA, research PUM/PeopleTools impacts, mentor analysts, design workflows (AWE), collaborate with developers on production issues, and maintain process documentation and business process models.

Lead organizational change management for statewide PeopleSoft implementations: develop change strategies, conduct stakeholder and impact analyses, create communications and training, measure adoption, and align business and technical teams to ensure successful user adoption and readiness.

Provide functional support and configuration for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM (Core HR, Position Management, ePerformance). Elicit and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, test planning/execution, PUM/PeopleTools upgrade research, workflow (AWE) configuration, troubleshooting, and mentor analysts. Create FRDs, test scripts, business process models, and production protocols while collaborating with technical teams on batch/jobs and resolving production issues.

Provide PeopleSoft application development and batch scheduling support: design, build, and monitor batch schedules and integrations using Process Scheduler and third-party schedulers; develop customizations, reports, interfaces with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft HCM 9.2; use SQL/Oracle; create runbooks, perform unit/system testing, troubleshoot integrations and connectivity, and support PeopleSoft security and QA/performance testing.

Provide functional support and configuration for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials (GL, AR, Commitment Control). Elicit and document requirements, map requirements to PeopleSoft, analyze PUM images, lead testing/QA, mentor analysts, design workflows (AWE), support upgrades, troubleshoot production and batch/job issues, and create process documentation and test artifacts.

Lead and manage UAT for PeopleSoft ERP implementations: create UAT strategies and test plans, coordinate test data, execute manual test cases across Financials/HCM modules, track defects in JIRA/HP ALM, validate workflows and notifications, train end-users, and report UAT status to project leadership.

Provide technical support for PeopleSoft HCM data conversion and migration: data mapping, mock conversions, cleansing, integrity verification, archival, testing (unit/integration/regression/UAT), PeopleTools development, SQL/Oracle reporting, production cutover, and PeopleSoft application research and design.

Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and integrations using PeopleTools. Build reports, support PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AR, Commitment Control), perform upgrades/patches, manage data migrations, write SQL for analysis, troubleshoot performance/integration issues, and collaborate with functional and testing teams to deliver technical solutions.

Administer and support PeopleSoft environments including installation, configuration, upgrades/patching, performance tuning, integrations (Integration Broker, IAM/MFA), ElasticSearch implementation, environment builds, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination to maintain high-availability HRMS systems.

Implement and configure Workday Quote-to-Cash processes including quoting, contracts, billing, revenue recognition, integrations with Financials and PSA, testing, and post-implementation support.

Implement and optimize Workday PSA solutions for project costing, billing, revenue recognition, and resource management. Lead or support implementations, configure project structures, integrate with Financials, test and resolve issues, and provide client training and support.

Lead end-to-end technical programs across multiple teams using Azure DevOps and Portfolio++. Define roadmaps, manage dependencies, run Agile ceremonies, surface and resolve risks, build PMO practices, and deliver executive-ready status and dashboards to ensure predictable, outcome-driven delivery.

Lead design, build, test, and deliver Workday integrations across a multi-system higher education environment. Own integration strategy, implement EIBs/Core Connectors/Studio/APIs, coordinate testing and cutovers, ensure FERPA-compliant data security, and partner with vendors and IT for documentation and operational handoff.

Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects: plan, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage risks/issues/dependencies, report status to stakeholders, and ensure adherence to Workday methodology.

Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Workday Benefits implementations. Configure plans, eligibility, enrollments, and integrations with payroll/vendors. Provide troubleshooting, testing for open enrollment, training, documentation, post-go-live support, and ongoing enhancements for Workday releases.

Lead or support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations: gather requirements, configure core HCM functions, test and deploy, integrate with other systems, provide training and post-launch support, and advise clients on HR process improvements and ongoing optimization.

Lead organizational change efforts for Workday deployments, develop and execute change management and training strategies, manage stakeholder engagement and communications, measure adoption, and support organizational readiness activities.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models using Snowflake and other cloud sources. Collaborate with data engineers/ETL teams, gather stakeholder requirements, implement DAX and Power Query transformations, ensure data governance and performance, and deliver analytics within Agile processes.
