Develop, modify, and maintain RICE objects and Oracle database objects; perform Oracle DBA tasks including performance tuning, backup/recovery (RMAN/Data Guard), security controls, migrations, and production support for an Air Force logistics system. Support reviews, testing, integrations, and documentation while ensuring compliance with security and configuration management.

Provide expert DoD acquisition and contracting support for CBRN defense programs: advise on acquisition strategy, review milestone and procurement documentation, interpret FAR/DFARS/DoD 5000 guidance, support IPTs and milestone reviews, analyze contracting options (GSA, OTAs, TIAs), identify risks, and collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure compliant program execution.
