Teams at Core BTS

Provides technical support for Cisco IP phones and end-user hardware and software. Troubleshoots issues through phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems; installs equipment; maintains support records; coordinates vendor replacements; and develops user training materials and documentation. Requires strong communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with common workplace technology and Microsoft Office.
