Plaintiff-side employment litigator responsible for handling discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage & hour matters from intake through trial or settlement. Mentor incoming associates and help grow the practice while the MSO provides back-office support (marketing, intake, paralegal, IT, billing). Geography flexible; compensation includes guaranteed draw, contingency participation, and equity.
